David Zwirner will also host a reception celebrating the forthcoming publication, Momo.

De Buck Gallery – 545 West 23rd Street – Cocktail Reception: 6-8pm: De Buck Gallery invites visitors to celebrate their new ground floor space.

Yossi Milo Gallery – 245 10th Ave – Lecture: 7pm: Franz Prichard, a Postdoctoral Fellow of Japanese Studies and translator of Takuma Nakahira’s texts on photography into English, will give a tour and lecture of their current exhibition of Takuma Nakahira’s series Circulation: Date, Place, Events.

Kips Gallery – 511 West 25th Street, 2nd Floor – Opening Reception for Du Nam Choi’s exhibition Vision for the Unseen World: 5-8pm.

Bertrand Delacroix Gallery – 535 West 25th Street, 6-8pm: Artists In The House: Join 4 of BDG’s Summer Collective artists, Elizabeth Allison, Federico Infante, Beth Carter and Mark Knoerzer for a glass of wine. They will be available all evening to answer questions about their latest work.

Clamp Art – 521-531 West 25th Street – Opening Reception for Rachel Hulin’s exhibition Flying Henry: 6-8pm.

Eleanor Ettinger Gallery – 511 West 25th Street – The unveiling of Michael De Brito’s latest paintings in his acclaimed Larger Than Life series and the exhibition of works on paper by famed American artist, Alice Neel.  Michael De Brito will be in attendance:

International Print Center [New York] – 508 West 26th Street, 5th Floor – New Prints/ New Narratives Artist Talks with Jon Irving, Matt Van Asselt, Joyce Kozloff, and Leslie Golomb: 6-8pm.

Onishi Project – 521 West 26th Street – Calligraphy Demonstration and Reception: 6-8pm: Masako Inkyo, winner of numerous Japanese Calligraphy competitions, will perform a demonstration of Calligraphy at 7-7:15pm. Onishi Project welcomes guests to enjoy Japanese vodka provided by their sponsor.

Garvey I Simon ART ACCESS – 547 West 27th Street, 2nd Floor – Artist Demonstration: 7-7:15pm: Susan Schwalb, will be demonstrating silverpoint (and other various metalpoint) techniques. Her work is featured in Garvey Simon Art Access’ summer group exhibition, Straight Lines in Five Directions, which will be opening as well.

RARE Gallery – 547 West 27th Street, #514 – 6-8pm: Stop by to check out Wayward Bound, a group drawing show; Inclusion, an innovative new sport combining table tennis and racquetball; and Challenger, an alternative pop band from the Florida Panhandle making its gallery debut.

Jenkins Johnson Gallery – 521 West 26th Street, 5th Floor – 6-8pm: Opening for Go On Remained and Lighter Bodies, curated by Rachel Valinsky and Rin Johnson, and including works by Cameron Cuming, Rin Johnson, Pooney Maghazehe, Rick Myers, and Corey Riddell. Between 6-7pm: Special presentations and talks by the emerging New York Artists.
